Is the risk worth it to you personally based on your health profile?
From 14/9/20 social gatherings of more than 6 people are prohibited because of the recent spikes in new cases of Covid-19. However those 6 people could potentially meet up with 20 of their friends at their gym. Hmmm, I think we can excuse people for being confused.
I understand why but not everyone works in the industry. While many venues have gone to extraordinary measures to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19 it is really up to participants at the moment to decide whether the measures taken at their usual venue are suffcient to reduce the risk for them personally. I have found there is confusion among some members about why certain measures have been implemented to reduce risk so I'm adding the links you can go to so you can make up your own mind.
These links show the recommendations so that you can see whether these have been implemented at any workout venue you attend. We will continue to provide live online private and small group classes for those who need, or want to, continue to workout at home removing the risk altogether.
