Service Description

Special Offer: Participants now have the option of an additional 4 classes. 1st session is a private online assessment arranged after booking followed by 4 small group classes maximum 4 per class. Back Care Pilates requires a greater level of knowledge and skill from your class instructor and this means your instructor has spent more time and money learning what they need to know to help you. If you've had back pain so bad you just want to scream and want to start doing something to get painfree then check this out. We offer the Integrated Back Care Method for those who are ready to commit to a more intensive programme but if you aren't quite ready this option might be just perfect for you. Once booked we will contact you to book your assessment. Remember the second class is optional so the price is not reduced if you don't attend.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 15 minutes before classes for people on a plan. For people booking classes outside a plan the class can be rescheduled up to 15 minutes before but not cancelled. This is because the process of refunding will incur an extra cost to us. The cost of any classes not rescheduled will be forfeited.
